EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT

I accept all equipment in its present condition and I accept full responsibility for the care of the equipment I am renting. I am responsible for any damage, beyond regular wear and tear, caused by its use or transport. I agree to pay for any damage to the equipment, and to replace the equipment at full retail value if it is lost, damaged or stolen. I have inspected the equipment to make sure it is in good condition at the time of this agreement.

I understand that I will be charged an additional full day if I do not return the equipment on time and a $100 fee if I leave equipment at the shop after closing. I understand that charges will increase based on return time.

I agree the provided credit card will be charged in case of damages to equipment or late returns.
